Welcome to Hey Great Voice, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional voiceover coaching. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1. Single Lessons and Packages: We offer both single voiceover coaching lessons and packages of multiple lessons with or without a professionally produced demo. Each lesson must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.

1.2. Payment: Full payment for single lessons or packages is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include most major credit and debit cards and payments will be processed through Stripe.‍‍

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

2.1. No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, the lesson fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you attend or not.

2.2. Rescheduling: To reschedule a lesson, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the lesson cost.

2.3. Cancellation Fee: If you cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the lesson cost.

3. Lesson Duration & Punctuality

‍3.1. Lesson Duration: Each lesson will last for the duration agreed upon at the time of booking.

3.2. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your lesson. If you are late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time, and you will be responsible for the full lesson fee.

4. Conduct & Behavior

‍4.1. Professionalism: We expect all clients to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during lessons. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the lesson without a refund.

4.2. Intellectual Property: All instructional materials provided during lessons, excluding scripts, are the intellectual property of Hey Great Voice and may not be reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent.

5. Liability

‍5.1. Personal Responsibility: By participating in our coaching services, you agree to assume all risks associated with the lessons. Hey Great Voice is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participation in the lessons.

5.2. Force Majeure: Hey Great Voice is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
